When are you open?

We are open every week day 8am – 5pm.

What if I’m not there to let the cleaning person in?

That’s okay! Just leave us detailed entry instructions when you schedule your appointment online so we know how to gain access to your home. Your home will be locked when the cleaner leaves.

Do I have to be home while you clean?

You do not have to be home for your clean as long as your cleaner has proper directions for entering and exiting your home. Please input these instructions when booking your appointm

Will the same cleaner or maid show up for all my appointments?

If you’re happy with your cleaner you had, we’re happy to send them to all of your appointments. You just have to contact us to let us know and we’ll make it happen!

How much does it cost to clean my home?

Maid Cleaning Nashville pricing is based on the size of your home and the desired level of service. We operate on a flat hourly rate of $35/hour per cleaner, the number of hours of each service will be calculated using the information provided for you, go to the estimate page and fill the format if you have a special project, we will contact send you back an email with the estimate, this information will be confirmed by our cleaner the day of the cleaning service. Pricing & Policies

Services Payments

All services will be paid in advance when you schedule a service using our online booking process, or you also have the option to pay online any pending or additional bill in our customer center page using the link Make Payment, if you prefer always you have the option to make a payment by phone (615 290-5566). We accept all major credit cards. We no longer take cash or personal checks. Our online payments are processed by Stripe and though a fully secure 256 bit SSL protocol. In addition, we have a full extended validation SSL security as well. Booking through Maid Cleaning Nashville is safe and secure, and we guarantee this. If by some reason the client has not set up payment arrangements the day of service, a 20% fee on your bill will be added on to your final bill.

Cleaning Service Preparation

  • Please add in the booking process or let us to know all necessary instructions for keys, alarms, door codes and pets before the day the cleaning person comes to your home. Also discuss in advance any special cleaning requests you have that may be particular to your home or your needs. This way, our Pro cleaning person can come prepared and there are no misunderstandings about costs or the length of the visit.

  • Pick up clutter. The cleaning service is there to clean, not organize unruly paperwork, toys, dishes or other clutter. If you get these things in order before the cleaning person arrives, you are saving them time and allowing them to better get down to business. Also be sure to put away anything you would not want damaged during cleaning.

Recurring Services

Price is determined by 2 factors after the First Time Cleaning:
1) The square footage of your house, and
2) Input of the team that comes to cleans your home for that  First Time.

Pets & Animals

We love animals, but they don’t always love us. If you think your pet may become overly anxious while we are there, please make temporary arrangements while we are in your home (i.e. travel crate or kennel). You can leave detailed pet instructions during the online scheduling process. Unfortunately our company can not be responsible for them.

Redos & Complaints

Any complaints or notices regarding the service performed by Pro Cleaning have to be reported to the company within 24 to 48 hours from the date the service has been completed, this, for any redo’s to be valid and considered. These reports should be sent to [email protected] with the customer’s name, address, contact information, date of service performed, and detailed description of each complaint or notice. Please note that any property or home that has not been properly maintained for an extended length of time will be subdued to revision of the Company’s management team before any redo is scheduled.

Lock Outs

A 50% of your total service will be assessed in the event that our teams arrive and are unable to access the premises.

Late Cancellations or/and Reschedules

You can cancel or pause your service anytime, there is no contract to use our service.

Because we reserve a time especially for you, please make any schedule changes 48 hrs before of your coming service time to avoid incurring a 50% of the total service amount. We appreciate your understanding.
We charge this fee as a means to compensate our cleaning staff for the last minute cancellation.
Rescheduling an appointment within 48 hours also constitutes a cancellation.

Why do we have this policy?
This policy reimburses cleaning team members for blocking off their schedule for you.  When you book with them, they do not accept other work during that time.  If we had no cancellation fee, they would lose the income during that period.

There are no penalties or fees for canceling your service outside of the 48-hour window.

Returned Credit Card Fee

A $50.00 fee will be assessed for all cancelled and declined payments.

Schedule and Booking Changes

All schedule changes are handled directly with the company through [email protected]ingnashville.com or calling  615 943-2246.
Not with the Team that cleans the home. This helps avoid compromising to unavailable times since the team does not have full access to the company schedule system.

Move In/Move Out fee

Please note that Move In/Move Out rate is calculated using your square feet size of your home, .10 cents per square feet plus the regular cleaning service rate.

Post-construction jobs

Post-construction jobs require a custom quote. Please call us at (615) 290-5566 to discuss.

Excessively dirty policy

If the residency is excessively dirty and would not be able to be completed by our cleaners in a reasonable amount of time, we will discuss with you and charge more. The hourly rate is $40.00 dollars, our cleaner will inform you the additional time and fee that will be charged in your credit card after finish the service, please contact our customer team if you have some additional question (615) 290-5566.

Overwhelming jobs

Maid Cleaning Nashville reserve the right to reject any job that we consider overwhelming with out any penalty fee.

Clutter Clean up

Maid Cleaning Nashville don’t offer any kind of Clutter Clean up, we reserve the right to reject any job that we consider Clutter Clean up or overwhelming with out any penalty fee.

More of 6 months of your last professional cleaning service fee

If your last cleaning service was three months ago, an additional fee will be applied and will be calculated using as a base the square feet size of your house (0.7 per sq.ft.).

Please put the sq ft size of your home in the additional service option “More of 6 months of your last professional cleaning service fee” when you request the service on the Book Now page.

Note: Does not apply to Move-In Move-Out services.

Pictures of before and after work

For first time customers and one-time customers, our Quality Inspection will include taking before and after photos of our cleaning technicians’ work. These pictures are used for training, proof of our work performance and promotion of our high quality standards. These pictures are most often used, but not limited to, Onetime Cleanings, Spring Cleans and Move‐In/Out cleanings. If you do not want pictures taken of work areas in your home please notify Maid Cleaning.

Trust & Safety

We bring all required products to give your home a great clean, vacuums, mop, bucket or step stool. If you’d like us to use a specific product, please let us know and leave it out for the cleaner to use.

What if I don’t have a mop or vacuum?

Our cleaners bring all supplies to clean your house.

Do you bring green cleaning supplies?

We are a 100% green cleaning business; our service is provided using only Eco-Friendly cleaning products without additional charge. Green Seal Org certifies our cleaning products.

What if I want a cleaner by the hour?

Our service is a flat rate service and is calculated to clean a whole house, unfortunately, we don’t offer any hourly service.

It is tip included?

You are under no obligation to tip but have the option of doing so if you feel that you’ve received exceptional service. Maid Cleaning Nashville personnel are not permitted to solicit tips under any circumstances.
