What happens if an area was missed?
Report an eligible issue within 24 hours after the cleaning is completed, with photos and a detailed description. Allow return access within 48 hours after reporting it for a re-clean of the affected area at no additional charge. If the issue is unclear, our Quality Assurance Manager may assess it before the team returns. Our service policies apply.
