"I am a property manager for about 20 vacation rentals in the area, so cleaning quality is something I look at daily. I use Maid Clean for deep cleans at my personal home/office, and have been very impressed with their work. The prices are fair, in line with industry standards, and the checklist is comprehensive for a deep clean. We have a shepherd/husky mix dog that sheds like it’s her job; even with 2 roombas that run daily, her hair is like a condiment around our house 😆 I noticed some dog hair had built up on the thick dark velvet blackout curtains in our bedroom, from the ceiling fan being on in warmer weather. I did not expect them to handle that, and was pleasantly surprised to find not a trace was left after they finished the clean. Dog nose prints on the windows, gone. Smudges on the cabinets and paw prints on the doors, caught and cleaned. Lots of little details that would be easy to overlook or skip were done automatically. It’s honestly one of the best cleans I’ve seen, and in my line of work that’s saying a lot. Attention to detail is everything; it’s super rare and well worth the price. "

"They are the best in Nashville. I have tried several cleaners over the years and this company is the best when it comes to making your home feel like you just walked into a hotel suite even though it's the same old decor as when you left it. My highlights: - Attention to detail: After cleaning, they always stage my home in such sophisticated ways (like how they re-fold the towels, make a bow with the toilet paper, or place throw blankets). They also have never missed a spot when mopping and vacuuming. - Smell: my home always smells fresh and clean without any overpowering scents. - Pets: They are gentle with pets. I have two shy cats that are never stressed after spending two hours with their team. (This has not always been my experience with other services.) The team also vacuumed my ceiling-height cat tree (without me asking). They vacuum up ALL the fur. - Pillows and bedding: they make my bed better than I ever can. I just leave the clean bedding on the mattress for them. They also arrange the throw/decorative pillows tastefully on both my bed and sofa. I'm sad that I am moving states because I want to take this service with me, but I'm definitely booking them for a move-out clean."

"I think I have only written one or two Google reviews in my life, but I wanted to make time to thank Rocio and Korina for their help today. They worked so hard and did an unbelievable job at our house and I am very grateful. I've fractured my elbow and cleaning well has been hard. Additionally, as a school teacher, I just needed to know that my house had been deep cleaned in a way that I couldn't do on my best of days before the school year starts. While the cost of Maid Cleaning Nash is more than what I have paid in the past to get help taking care of our home, I feel that it was very much worth it. "5-star work for sure! I didn't read the part in the initial email where it said to allow for a 2 hour window of your appointment time in case your cleaners were running over at another job. So I started off a little frustrated that mine were 40 minutes late. But that was my fault, I should have read the email better. But MAN CAN THEY CLEAN! I cleaned the night before to get ready for them and they still cleaned by little house for over 3 hours! They really did a great job. And I will absolutely be booking them again. Just make sure you are good with the window you book in case they get caught up with another job. But I ended up adding a bigger tip than my initial tip because they did so good. Highly recommend."
